| Ok, so here's the idea (if I can keep posting long enough for it to
actually come to being). I'm going to look at people's
descriptions of themselves on facebook and do a direct comparison so I
can see how closely (or distantly) I resemble my peers (I know, this
sounds kinda stupid, but it will all come into focus). The first
to be victim of my comparison is Stephen Fisk.

| It's been way too long since I posted. Lots of things have
happened, but not really much of any significance..............that's a
little bit sad isn't it...Anyways, it would take too long to post my
comic acquisitions, but there's one that I was particularly excited
about that I will post on here:
I know it's big, but I'm gonna leave it like that, lol because this was
a nice acquisition. It was an early V-day gift from my lovely and
wonderful girlfriend, Danica Layne (pictured for your convenience in
the upper-left hand corner of the page ;) Now here's an
interesting story that related to Danica. Well, see I was at her grandparents
(note that) church, one of those country churches where it's extremely
disorganized, but very friendly. Anyways, she was singing that
night and had gotten up to do so when her sound stuff didn't
work. She was going through and thanking her family, but then got
to me, and wasn't sure what to "call" me. Of course Bethany (God
bless her) was whispering (very loudly, I might add) "fiancee" and I
was just kinda sitting there and so Danica (God bless her)
says, "Oh yeah, this is Jason, my fiancee or whatever." Isn't
that just lovely? Well, heaven knows I can't afford that little
bit of metal and carbon; so, nothing's official, but "fiancee or
whatever?" HMPH! Well, she just explained that boyfriend
was just too informal, but fiancee wasn't right either; so, the best
she could do was "fiancee or whatever." Sigh, I must love her though.

Well, my parents are here today for the LSU (slaughter) game. I
am currently sitting in my 8:00 class waiting for my professor who is
currently 20 minutes late. I would leave, but he sent a lackey
here to tell us he would be here in 5 or 10 minutes...what are we
interns here waiting for the snobby exec?? I mean, technically
aren't we paying his salary!?!?! Well, us and the state, and are we or
are we not citizens of the state!? Well...I mean, my parents are
considering I don't exactly pay taxes yet...but I am a future rising
upcoming citizen of the state. Just not for very long because I'm
moving out of state as soon as I graduate. Probably to Boston
(MIT) or Pittsburg (Carnegie Mellon); maybe to SF (Stanford) or lower
CA (CalTech). Those are my four prospective schools at this
point; what? so I have high expectations, but I don't see why I
shouldn't be able to do it, Honors student with hopefully some research
experience next year or semester. I will also (hopefully !!!)
have my 40-page thesis published in some scientific journal. As
long as I keep my grades up, I should get into any school I want.
However, I am still a student at Ole Miss, not exactly the most
prestigious of undergrad schools. Oh well, I'll cross that bridge
when I come to it. Professor just walked in. No apology,
dumb bastard. He was over 25 minutes late! The least he could do
was say sorry for being late....grr.... Oh well, I haven't really
cared for him all semester *sigh*. I'm really sorry about the
game I'm currently playing here. I have no excuses for myself
except that I didn't play it back when it came out because it was
overhyped and I didn't associate with that, but now, I can appreciate
it for what is really is, which is a great game, I mean it's a good one
that takes alot of strategy and skill to play, it's just all the other
stuff (card game, tv show, movies, t-shirts, crap, crap, crap) that
made it really suck, I have no shame, it's a good game, and I
appreciate it. So THERE, I don't care what you think .

Hello all. So, I went home this weekend. I actually went
home on Thursday because I didn't have much going on in class on Friday
anyway and I would've been bored here, lol. However, I am pretty
concerned with myself from skipping too much class ><. I've
got almost all A's right now, but I feel that I may be slipping here at
the end. That stinks because I'm getting so tired of school this
semester. It's just draining my energy. I'm so spread out
with school. Last year I was able to pack school into certain
parts of the day and whatever else into the rest. Now, it's just
like, here's a class, there's a class, everywhere a class class and
here's some homework, there's a program, everywhere a thing to
do! It just sucks. Oh well, if I can finish this semester
with around a 3.8 again, I'll be happy, just gotta keep it above 3.5 to
keep my scholarships(shouldn't be a problem ^^). Danica's coming
up here this weekend so I don't have to drive! She's riding up
with Kayla's parents so she doesn't have to drive either!
Everybody wins! Sorry, I'll stop with the !'s. Anyway, It's
good to be back, more later when I don't have labs to do.

Mom came to town today, we got a bite, it was nice and her lifelong
friend/interior designer came too so we all went and got sushi and
coffee. My mother says that I'm not social enough, but we all
know that the veracity of that statement lacks real world application
(last statment = B.S.). The fact is that I don't really care
whether I'm social or not. If I'm happy, then that's all that
matters. If I get lonely, I have people to message and I do hang
out with folks (Daniel, Landon, Ryan, Jim((sometimes...)) ) during the
week when they're available. It just sucks that people work and
I'm usually so busy with homework that it's impossible to redezvous
with anyone because they have HW and work, etc. Oh well, the fact
is that I am currently a self-actualized individual who is fine by
himself (gosh I can't wait for Danica to get up here next year).
I think my mom's gonna let me stay in her condo next year ,
I'm practically staying there now, but next year it'll be tons of fun
actually living there! All-in-all, next year will be much better
than this. Only a few more months to go .
Anyways, since I've just started this blog up again, I have to edit all
my profile stuff, so this is over for now. FFXI and CoH character
info coming along with current reads and DVD's. So, stay tuned!
